☀️The Glow Girl Promise ☀️

To book a spray tan session with us, all guests will be required to agree to our No-Show / Late Cancellation fee agreement — think of it as your little “I’ll be there for my glow” promise. This agreement is applicable to all spray tan services as well as our memberships.

The agreement requires a

 card on file — it’s just kept on file and only used if an appointment is missed or canceled outside of our policy window. We hold your glow time just for you!

Thanks for keeping our spray booth happy, our calendar flowing, and our babes glowing! 

We totally get it — life happens, plans change, and sometimes the glow just has to wait! If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice so we can offer your spot to another glowing beauty.

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance: No charge — thank you for letting us know!
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows: A $25.00 fee will be charged to the card on file. This fee is non-refundable.
  • Running late? No worries — we offer a 15-minute grace period. After that, your appointment will be considered a NO SHOW, and the $25.00 fee will apply.

These fees help cover the time and care our spray tan artists spend prepping your space and products to make sure your glow is just right.
