SHIPPING
Orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days (excludes holidays). You will receive an order confirmation upon purchase followed by a shipping confirmation once the order is shipped. Your order should be at your doorstep within 3-7 business days.

Please note that orders placed during the holiday season between mid November and early January can expect an additional delay of 3-5 business days.

 







RETURNS + EXCHANGE POLICY

An item may be returned for a credit or exchange within 14 days of your purchase in store and online. Please inspect your item as soon as you receive it. Only items in new, original, unwashed and unworn condition will be accepted for credit/exchange. Items with stains, perfume or other odors cannot be exchanged. If the item was shipped the item needs to be returned to the store or shipped back at the buyer’s expense.


Clearance items, leggings, bodysuits, and customized/personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged as these are final sale. Items discounted by 30% or more, holiday items and items labeled “Doorbuster” or “(DB)” are FINAL SALE. 

 

In Store Returns: Return to store with items within 14 days.

Online Returns: To complete your return or exchange please notify us via email at hello@shop4oaklane.com before you mail us back your product and within the 14 day window of purchase . Please type "RETURN" in the subject header and include the following information in your return package: first and last name on the order, email, order number and the reason for your return.
